At Soro, operated by Digimeri OÜ, we stand behind the quality of our AI-powered SEO content generation service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

2. General Refund Policy

2.1 No Refunds for Subscription Services

Due to the nature of our AI-powered content generation service, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Partial month subscriptions
  • Unused portion of a billing period
  • Services already rendered (content generated, published, etc.)

2.2 Why Subscription Fees Are Non-Refundable

Our Service incurs significant costs from the moment you subscribe:

  • AI model usage and computational resources
  • Content generation and optimization processing
  • Infrastructure and hosting costs
  • Third-party API usage (OpenAI, image generation, etc.)

These costs are incurred immediately when generating content, regardless of whether you ultimately use the generated content.

3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We may issue refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 Technical Issues

If our Service experiences significant technical problems that:

  • Prevent you from accessing the Service for an extended period (48+ hours)
  • Make the Service completely unusable
  • Cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

In such cases, we may provide a prorated refund for the period the Service was unavailable.

3.2 Billing Errors

If you are charged incorrectly due to:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Charges after cancellation (if cancellation was processed before billing)
  • System errors or bugs

We will investigate and issue appropriate refunds for verified billing errors.

3.3 Unauthorized Charges

If you can demonstrate that a charge was unauthorized or fraudulent, we will:

  • Immediately suspend the account
  • Investigate the claim
  • Issue a refund if the claim is verified

3.4 Service Not as Described

If the Service materially fails to match our advertised description or features, and we cannot resolve the discrepancy, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under this policy, you must:

  2. Include your account email and order/invoice number
  3. Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any supporting documentation or evidence

Upon receiving your refund request:

  • We will acknowledge receipt within 1 business day
  • We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  • We may request additional information or clarification
  • We will provide a written decision with explanation

5.3 Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Full or partial refund amount will be specified
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • Your account may be suspended or terminated

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks can result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Inability to use the Service in the future
  • Additional fees and collection efforts

7.1 Chargeback Consequences

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your account will be immediately terminated
  • We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
  • You may be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs
  • Future access to the Service may be denied

8. Prorated Refunds

In exceptional cases where we determine a partial refund is warranted:

  • Refunds are calculated on a daily prorated basis
  • We deduct the value of services already rendered
  • Minimum refund amount is $10 (smaller amounts become account credits)

9. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union:

9.1 Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by using the Service and generating content, you acknowledge that:

  • The Service begins performance immediately
  • Content generation constitutes full performance
  • You waive the right of withdrawal once content is generated

9.2 Exceptions

If you subscribe but do not use the Service (no content generated) within 14 days, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund.

10. No Refunds for the Following

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (use our editing tools or support)
  • Failure to use the Service during a billing period
  • Better pricing found elsewhere after subscription
  • Violation of Terms of Service resulting in termination
  • Third-party platform integration issues beyond our control

11. Alternative Solutions

Before requesting a refund, please consider:

  • Pause Subscription: Some plans allow temporary pauses
  • Downgrade Plan: Switch to a lower-tier plan
  • Contact Support: We can often resolve issues or customize settings
  • Use Training Resources: Access our tutorials and documentation

12. Refund Decisions Are Final

All refund decisions made by Digimeri OÜ are final and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or deny refund requests based on these terms
  • Modify this policy with 30 days notice
  • Make exceptions on a case-by-case basis
